What you will need :

2 ounces of whiskey (bourbon or rye works well)

1 ounce of Hibiscus Heaven Hibiscus Lavender Simple Syrup

3/4/ounce of fresh lemon juice

Ice

Lemon wheel or twist for garnish

Optional: A few dashes of bitters will add depth

Instructions: 

1. In a shaker, combine the whiskey, hibiscus lavender simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice.

2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.

3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.

4. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.

5. (Optional) Add a few dashes of bitters on top for extra flavor complexity.
