Our 3-Day Delivery Turnaround Policy

At Hibiscus Heaven, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality beverages with reliable and timely delivery. Our standard turnaround time for all beverage deliveries is 3 business days from the time your order is confirmed.

Here’s how it works:

1. Day 1 – Order Confirmation & Processing:
   Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team processes the request, prepares your items, and schedules your delivery.
    
2. Day 2 – Packaging & Quality Check:
   Your beverages are carefully packaged, labeled, and inspected to ensure freshness and quality standards are met.
    
3. Day 3 – Delivery:
   Your order is delivered to your designated location. You will receive a notification once it is out for delivery and again once it has arrived.
